Mission 

To introduce people to Jesus and help them grow to be more like Him.

 
Vision 

 To be a loving community of diverse people in growing relationships with God, each other, and those who don't know  Jesus

 
Values 
  1. We must be culturally relevant in method without compromising the mission and message of the gospel. (1 Corinthians 9:22)
  2. Lost people matter to God - and to us. (Luke 15)
  3. People must be treated gently and respectfully (1 Peter 3:15)
  4. God desires our very best and nothing less. (Colossians 3:17)
  5. People must be mature and fulfilled in their relationship with Jesus. (Romans 12:1,2)
  6. People need to be connected to a caring and loving community. (Acts 4:34, 35)
  7. We must impact all areas of our community and the world. (John 3:16, Acts 6:7)
  8. Every believer has a God given gift to build up the body of Christ. (Ephesians 4:12)
  9. We must be intentional about creating a diverse community. (Revelation 7:9)
  10. We must step out in visionary faith and take risks for God. (Hebrews 11:6)
