Responsibility

“Seek the Kingdom of God above all else.”-Jesus
Having the right priorities will eventually produce the right results. In the parable of the wine-skins, Jesus emphasizes the need to focus our attention on the new by warning against taking pieces of something new and trying to cover up something old. In week 5 of this series we will learn that prioritizing and being responsible for what God is doing in the present is what prevents us from just pretending to change when we really are stuck in the past.
